I've had cakes after a few days become stale. Not this cake. This cake stays moist for days. This cake is awesome. It's good for those who need a chocolate fix. The serving amount depends on how big of a slice you want and how much of a chocolate lover you are.

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 - eggs (beaten)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

How To Make easy chocolate chip pound cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 325. Spray bundt or tube pan with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Mix cake mix, pudding mix, sugar, water, oil, beaten eggs on medium speed for about 2 minutes or until mixed well. Add sour cream and mix until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Step 4
    Bake 55-60 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool 10-15 minutes. Invert cake onto plate. Let cool.
