I used to make this cake years ago and everyone loved it. Not only did they love it but I loved making it,it's a very easy recipe to make.

Ingredients

1 pkg
yellow cake mix . pudding type
oil and eggs as called for on cake mix package
1/2 c
water
1 can(s)
(21 ounces) cherry pie filling
powdered sugar, sifted

Step-By-Step

1Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using oil or butter and eggs, and reducing the water to 1/2 cup.
2Spread batter into a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
3Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the batter, then swirl into the batter just enough to give a marbled effect.
4Bake cake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes, until cake bounces back when lightly touched.
5Cool and sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
