easy cheesecake

This is a favorite dessert here at home, church and at the summer camp I work at. When I make it at work I use the large sheet pans. The counselors at camp will beg me to make it and then they hide the leftovers in the walk in cooler, and put their names on them saying, "DO NOT TOUCH OR ELSE" Our director usually has the last laugh...

Ingredients
- 2 cans pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2-8oz. boxes cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar cinnamon mixture
How To Make easy cheesecake

Step 1Beat 2 boxes of cream cheese,sugar and vanilla until creamy.

Step 2Open 1 can of crescent rolls and arrange them on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Pinching seams together.

Step 3Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over top of crescent rolls.

Step 4Open 2nd can of crescent rolls and carefully arrange them over top of cream cheese mixture. Pinching seams together. This can be a little challenging.

Step 5Melt 1 stick of butter and evenly distribute over the top. Then sprinkle evenly with sugar cinnamon mixture. I usually use 1/4 cup sugar and 3-4 tbsp. of cinnamon. I like cinnamon:)

Step 6Bake at 350' for 25-30 mins. Cool and cut into squares. Can be served warm or cold. Enjoy!!!
