Ingredients

1 package chocolate cake mix, like duncans
1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 - 8 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 - egg

How To Make easy cheesecake stuffed cupcakes

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. In lg bowl mix cake ingredients as directed on box. Spray muffin cups w/ cooking spray or use liners.

Step 2

Spoon batter into muffin cups, 2/3 full. In bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar, beat in egg until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 3

Drop 1 heaping tsp of cheese mix onto each muffin cup. Bake as directed on box for cupcakes.
