  • 2 packages (16 oz total) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 - (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

How To Make easy cheese cake

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. WITH A HAND MIXER AT MEDIUM SPEED, COMBINE FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS UNTIL WELL BLENDED. THEN ADD EGGS AND BLEND WELL. NEXT ADD 1/2 CUP OF THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS, STIR UNTIL MIXED.
  • Step 2
    POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE PREPARED PIE CRUST. SPRINKLE ADDITIONAL CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER THE TOP.
  • Step 3
    BAKE PIE FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER IS ALMOST SET. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL. FOR BEST RESULTS, REFRIGERATE FOR 3 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
