Ingredients For easy carrot cake muffins

1 boxspice cake mix

3/4 capplesauce
-
2 cfinely shredded carrots

1/2 cgolden raisins
-
18 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

4 Tbspunsalted butter

1-1/2 cpowdered sugar

1 Tbspvanilla
How To Make easy carrot cake muffins

1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, make cake as directed on box. Beat in applesauce. Stir in carrots and raisins.

2Spoon batter into muffin cups, 2/3-full. Bake as directed on box for muffins. Let cool. In bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add in vanilla. Beat in powdered sugar. Frost cooled muffins.
