- 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground Himalayan pink salt
- 1/4 cup milk, lukewarm
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips, divided
How To Make easy brownie in a mug

Step 1In a 10 to 12-ounce microwave-safe coffee mug, add melted butter, flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, instant espresso powder, and salt.

Step 2Stir until somewhat combined.

Step 3Pour in lukewarm milk and add vanilla extract, and 1 Tbsp chocolate chips; stir until the ingredients are nicely blended.

Step 4Sprinkle 1/2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips on top, if desired.

Step 5Transfer to the microwave and process on “high” for 1 minute. Continue cooking in 10-second intervals until the batter is cooked.

Step 6Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
