This is a family favorite on my fathers side of the family, Its so simple and yet tastes like it took you hours!!! Hope that this dessert makes its way to your dinner table soon! Enjoy.

8 oz container of cool whip
of 3 oz cream cheese
squares of graham crackers crushed
of any pie filling of your choice
How To Make
Pre heat oven to 350*
(i put my pie filling in the fridge)
Crush graham crackers and mix in sugar and butter and press into a un-greased pie pan, or you may buy a already made pie crust. bake for 5-7 minutes.
Blend cream cheese(room temp) and powder sugar untill smooth,stir in cool whip (by hand) and add vanilla .
Pour into cool graham cracker crust and chill till firm, (at least one hour)
Once firm, cover cheese cake with pie filling and cut into 6-8 slices and serve cold. ENJOY!
