How to Make Easy Breakfast Cake
- 1In a medium mixing bowl...follow the directions on the "Jiffy" Golden Yellow Cake mix box, adding the egg and water as directed on the package. STIR by hand. Do NOT use an electric mixer.
- 2Pour batter into a 9" pie plate...or cake pan. Do not have to grease the pan.
- 3In a seperate bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture all over the top of the batter. Run a knife through the topping and batter to make a swirled design.
- 4Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes. Baking times for other size pans...or cupcakes...are also on the "Jiffy" box.
This doesn't last long in our house because my husband LOVES it!
