My husband's favorite morning coffee cake...because his MOM "always made it this way". I have to admit it is quick, easy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 box jiffy golden yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make easy breakfast cake

Step 1In a medium mixing bowl...follow the directions on the "Jiffy" Golden Yellow Cake mix box, adding the egg and water as directed on the package. STIR by hand. Do NOT use an electric mixer.

Step 2Pour batter into a 9" pie plate...or cake pan. Do not have to grease the pan.

Step 3In a seperate bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture all over the top of the batter. Run a knife through the topping and batter to make a swirled design.

Step 4Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes. Baking times for other size pans...or cupcakes...are also on the "Jiffy" box. This doesn't last long in our house because my husband LOVES it!
