These bars are so yummy and so easy to make. I always add a strawberry to the top of each bar.

Ingredients

1 package strawberry cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1 large egg, beaten
1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 - 16 oz pkg powdered sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
- fresh strawberries for garnish

How To Make easy berry good cheesecake bars

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix and butter, add 1 egg. Stir well. Press mix into bottom of baking pan.

Step 2

In another lg bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs until creamy. Stir in vanilla. Pour mix over cake mix. bake 30 min, or until just set. Cool, cut into bars and serve w/ fresh strawberries.
