I found this recipe in a cookbook that our town women put together a few years ago.

It is so easy and so good!

A banana Split of any kind will always bring out the kid in all of us....if you don't believe me try this one.....I promise you, you will be smacking your lips for more!

My family sure does!

Ingredients

1 stick
oleo
2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 lb
of powdered sugar
2
eggs
2 stick
oleo, softened
5
bananas
1 large
can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 large
container non-dairy whipped topping
1 c
chopped nuts
1 c
chopped maraschino cherries

How to Make Easy Banana Split Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt 1 stick of oleo in 9x13 inch pan.
  • 2Add cracker crumbs.
  • 3Mix and pat over bottom of pan.
  • 4Mix sugar, eggs, and 2 sticks of oleo. Beat 15 minutes.
  • 5Pour over crust.
  • 6Slice bananas and arrange on top of filling.
  • 7Top with pineapple.
  • 8Spread non-dairy whipped topping on top of pineapple.
  • 9Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
  • 10Cover and refrigerate over night.
  • 11Enjoy this yummy treat!
