I found this recipe in a cookbook that our town women put together a few years ago. It is so easy and so good! A banana Split of any kind will always bring out the kid in all of us....if you don't believe me try this one.....I promise you, you will be smacking your lips for more! My family sure does! *Google pic*

Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 pound of powdered sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 sticks oleo, softened
  • 5 - bananas
  • 1 large can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large container non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries

How To Make easy banana split cake

  • Step 1
    Melt 1 stick of oleo in 9x13 inch pan.
  • Step 2
    Add cracker crumbs.
  • Step 3
    Mix and pat over bottom of pan.
  • Step 4
    Mix sugar, eggs, and 2 sticks of oleo. Beat 15 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Pour over crust.
  • Step 6
    Slice bananas and arrange on top of filling.
  • Step 7
    Top with pineapple.
  • Step 8
    Spread non-dairy whipped topping on top of pineapple.
  • Step 9
    Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
  • Step 10
    Cover and refrigerate over night.
  • Step 11
    Enjoy this yummy treat!
