easy banana cake
This is such an easy delicious cake that I made 2 in one week. It is great for a quick dessert for that potluck dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg - plain yellow cake mix (not pudding added mix)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon - 1 1/2 tsp if a cinnamon lover
- 2 - medium size bananas - mashed
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 - eggs - large or 4 small
How To Make easy banana cake

Step 1Heat oven to 325 (yes 325). Mix all ingredients together pour into 13 x 9 cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Can be stored covered in plastic wrap at room temperature for up to 1 week, but I don't think it will last that long

Step 2Maple Frosting - 8 oz cream cheese - room temperature; 1 stick butter - room temperature. Cream butter and cream cheese till light and fluffy; add 1 pound of powdered sugar and 2 1/2 tsp maple flavoring. Mix thoroughly. If too thin add a little more powdered sugar. If too stiff add a touch of milk.
