How to Make Easy Banana Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 325 (yes 325). Mix all ingredients together pour into 13 x 9 cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Can be stored covered in plastic wrap at room temperature for up to 1 week, but I don't think it will last that long
  2. Maple Frosting - 8 oz cream cheese - room temperature;
    1 stick butter - room temperature. Cream butter and cream cheese till light and fluffy; add 1 pound of powdered sugar and 2 1/2 tsp maple flavoring. Mix thoroughly. If too thin add a little more powdered sugar. If too stiff add a touch of milk.
