Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips
How To Make banana snack cake

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in bananas and vanilla.

Step 2Combine dry ingredients; add to the creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Stir in the nuts.

Step 3Pour into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Bake st 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack Frost with a cream cheese frosting or a chocolate frosting,.,
