Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1-1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (3-4)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup milk, instead of water
- 1/3 cup oil
- FROSTING
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package (4.3 ounces) banana cream instant pudding
- 1 cup milk
How To Make easy banana cake with banana cream frosting

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients and cake mix. Add milk, eggs, oil and bananas to the mixing bowl.

Step 2Beat on low for 15 to 30 seconds, then increase speed to medium- high and beat for 2 minutes.

Step 3Pour batter into a greased 9 X 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

Step 4FROSTING: In a medium bowl, whisk together milk and pudding and place in refrigerator.

Step 5Beat the heavy cream on high until stiff peaks form. Fold pudding into the whipped cream and spread onto cake.,
