Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1-1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (3-4)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup milk, instead of water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • FROSTING
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (4.3 ounces) banana cream instant pudding
  • 1 cup milk

How To Make easy banana cake with banana cream frosting

  • Step 1
    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients and cake mix. Add milk, eggs, oil and bananas to the mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Beat on low for 15 to 30 seconds, then increase speed to medium- high and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Pour batter into a greased 9 X 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Step 4
    FROSTING: In a medium bowl, whisk together milk and pudding and place in refrigerator.
  • Step 5
    Beat the heavy cream on high until stiff peaks form. Fold pudding into the whipped cream and spread onto cake.,
