easy banana brownies

I was searching for a new way to use ripe bananas. I have used applesauce in place of fat/oil in recipes with outstanding results so I thought why not try bananas. They came out extremely moist and with just a hint of banana flavor that makes you say..."okay what else do I taste besides chocolate?". Plus no oil means lower in fat/calories which is always a plus.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (9 x 13 size)
  • 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 - ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup water

How To Make easy banana brownies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray
  • Step 2
    In medium bowl combine brownie mix, beaten eggs and water. Mix to combine well. Add mashed bananas and combine thoroughly. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake 24-26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool. Cut, serve and ENJOY!
