    apple butter (or apple sauce)
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil

    apples, chopped
  • ·
    powdered sugar
  • 3 c
    self rising flour
  • IF USING APPLE SAUCE ADD:

  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg

How to Make Easy Apple Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into a greased 9X13 baking pan.
  3. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Dust with a garnish of powdered sugar.
