Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix, chocolate fudge
- 3 x large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups chocolate frosting
- 1/4 cup milk
- 16 - cadbury chocolate caramel eggs, unwrapped
How To Make easter cake eggs (balls)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 13 x 9" cake pan with cooking spray. Prepare cake mix according to box directions with eggs, oil & water. Spread in pan; bake 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack.

Step 2Crumble cake into a large bowl. On low speed, beat in 1/2 C frosting & milk until combined. Press mixture into 2 mini egg cake pans just enough to cover egg (bottom & sides). Place cadbury egg in middle; add more mixture to cover cadbury egg. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Line jellyroll pan with was paper; top with rack. Transfer remaining 2 C of frosting to microwave safe bowl; mircowave on HIGH in 15 second intervals until just pourable but still thick.

Step 3One at a time, with fork; dip eggs into frosting to coat completely, letting excess drip off. Transfer to rack. Reheating frosting when necessary. Refrigerate until set, 30 minutes.
