easter brownies
I had a lot of fun making these. I always try and add in healthy ingredients where I can. I made this recipe from scratch, using creativity as my guide. I had never made brownies from scratch before, I usually use a box from the store.

Ingredients
- COMBINE IN MIXING BOWL
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup smart balance spread made with flax oil
- 1 cup almond milk with vanilla
- 1/8 cup eggbeaters
- 1/8 cup flax oil
- IN SEPERATE BOWL COMBINE:
- 1/4 cup flax flour
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 3 cups montana wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons himalayan salt
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- FOR FROSTING MIX TOGETHER :
- 1 can cherry frosting
- 4 ounces whip cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup walnuts
How To Make easter brownies

Step 1Follow steps in adding ingredients.

Step 2Then mix together both ingredients from bowls until smooth but sticky in mixer.

Step 3Spoon into 9x11 greased pan and smooth out in pan.

Step 4Sprinkle walnuts on top (I did it half and half)

Step 5Bake at 350. 45-50 min.

Step 6Mix 1 can of cherry frosting with a 1/2 of an 8oz. container of whip cream, and 1/2 of an 8oz. of cream cheese. Whip together and leave at room temperature to spread easier.

Step 7When brownies are cooled off drizzle pink cherry frosting on top and double back over. (crisscross or checkered)
