I found this recipe years ago... I don't remember whether or not it was from a magazine or the newpaper, but it sounded interesting. If you make it let me know how you liked it!

Ingredients

1 box any flavor cake mix
1 pint coffee flavored icecream (melted)
1 cup brewed coffee
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- enough 10x sugar to make a glaze

How To Make easiest poundcake recipe ever

Step 1

Preheat oven according to cake directions. Add cake mix to a large bowl and pour in the melted icecream. Mix on medium till the lumps are gone

Step 2

Spoon into greased & floured bundt pan and bake according to directions
Step 3

in a medium bowl, pour coffee over cocoapowder and mix till blended then gradually add the tenx sugar till the desired thickness of the glaze. When cake is cooled, Drizzle over the top and sides of the cake.
