1/12 of this cake is 3.5 g. of sugar. Topping would be extra. This is a VERY SMALL amount of sugar and that is why it is ok for diabetics. Good idea would be to bake it and divide into 12 pieces then freeze what you don't eat for another day and another treat.

- 1Use a 13 x 9 in oblong glass dish and put the cake mix, pineapple and juice in it....do not grease dish. Do not use crushed pineapple in heavy syrup. Make sure it is packed in its own juice and use the entire can...juice and all
- 2Mix thoroughly and put in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes...whenever the top spings back to your touch. You may serve with sugar free whipped topping.
