Ingredients

2 cups coconut
1 box cake mix, german chocolate
8 small cream cheese
2 cans chopped pecans
1 pound powdered sugar
1 stick stick oleo

How To Make earthquake cake

Step 1

Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.Mix coconut and chopped pecans and sprinkle in bottom of pan

Step 2

Mix german chocolate cake mix as directed and spread over coconut and pecans.
Step 3

Mix together the powdered sugar, cream cheese and oleo.
Step 4

Drop by spoonfuls on batter. Bake at 350% for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
