  • 2 c
  • 1 box
    cake mix, german chocolate
  • 8 small
    cream cheese
  • 2 can(s)
    chopped pecans
  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 1 stick
    stick oleo

How to Make Earthquake Cake


  1. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.Mix coconut and chopped pecans and sprinkle in bottom of pan
  2. Mix german chocolate cake mix as directed and spread over coconut and pecans.
  3. Mix together the powdered sugar, cream cheese and oleo.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls on batter. Bake at 350% for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
