Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 box cake mix, german chocolate
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine, softened
How To Make earthquake cake

Step 1Use a deep 9x13 pan. Spray bottom of pan. Sprinkle coconut over bottom of cake pan. Sprinkle pecans to cover coconut. Mix cake accordingly to directions on the box, pour over coconut and pecans. Mix remaining ingredients and drop by spoonfuls on top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake is done.
