A mouth watering cake passed down from one of my dear friends..

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 1/2 cups pecans, in pieces
1 box cake mix, german chocolate
1 stick butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 box powdered sugar

How To Make earthquake cake

Step 1

Mix coconut & pecans well. Spread evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan & press firmly.

Step 2

Mix cake mix by the directions on the box & spread evenly over the coconut & pecan mixture.
Step 3

Cream butter & cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar & beat well. Spread over the top of cake mix.
Step 4

Bake @ 350 for 1 hr. Cool & Enjoy...
