Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 package cake mix, german chocolate
- 1/2 cup margarine-room temp
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese-at room temp
- 1 pound powdered sugar
How To Make earthquake cake

Step 1Spread pecans and coconut in the bottom of a greased 9X13 cake pan. Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour the prepared cake mix over the pecans and coconut. Combine cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well and spoon onto the cake batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Don't over bake.
