coconut
1 c
pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 box
cake mix, german chocolate
1 stick
margarine, room temperature
1 lb
powdered sugar
8 oz
cream cheese
2
eggs
1/3 c
oil

How to Make Earthquake Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Grease a 9X13 cake pan. Cover the bottom with coconut then chopped nuts.
  • 2Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour over the nuts and coconut.
  • 3Combine Margarine, cream cheese, & powdered sugar. Mix until smooth, Spoon over cakemix. Do not stir
  • 4Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
