Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 1 box cake mix, german chocolate
- 1 stick margarine, room temperature
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
How To Make earthquake cake

Step 1Grease a 9X13 cake pan. Cover the bottom with coconut then chopped nuts.

Step 2Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour over the nuts and coconut.

Step 3Combine Margarine, cream cheese, & powdered sugar. Mix until smooth, Spoon over cakemix. Do not stir

Step 4Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
