How to Make EARTHQUAKE CAKE
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scatter the nuts and coconut over the bottom of a light greased 9by13 inch baking pan, In a large bowl, mix cake mix according to the package directions.
- 2Pour the mixture over the nuts and coconut. (DO NOT STIR) In a separate bowl, combine the powdered sugar,butter,cream cheese, and vanilla. and drop by teaspoonfuls on top of the cake mix batter. (AGAIN TO NOT STIR)
- 3Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until cracks appear on the top of cake. NO ICING IS NEEDED FOR THIS CAKE.
