This came from my Mama down on the farm in Indiana. She made everything from scratch... quite the lady, my Mama! Miss her like thunder! What to do when you run out of frosting or need to make a batch of no-bake cookies? E-Z P-Z Frosting to the rescue!

Ingredients

@ 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
@ 1/2 cup powdered sugar - more or less depending on your sweet tooth!
splash - hot coffee, depending on how thick/thin you want your frosting
2 - 3 packages graham crackers

How To Make e-z p-z pb frosting from z mama's kitchen!

Step 1

Use a quart size mixing bowl. Combine powdered sugar and peanut butter.

Step 2

Add enough hot coffee for desired thickness/thinness of frosting. Spread a layer on a graham cracker, place another graham cracker on top, and voila! You have a mocha flavored graham cracker cookie! Can also be used for frosting a cake! YUMMMM!
