How to Make Dutch Apple Drop Cakes
- Beat eggs until foamy, add milk. Stir in flour, bk powder, salt & sugar. Fold in butter & apples.
- Heat 2 inches of oil to 370 degrees on a deep fat thermometer. Drop batter carefully by spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until light brown.
- Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
