Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 2 large tart apples, unpeeled & chopped
- - powdered sugar for coating
- - salad oil for deep fat frying
How To Make dutch apple drop cakes

Step 1Beat eggs until foamy, add milk. Stir in flour, bk powder, salt & sugar. Fold in butter & apples.

Step 2Heat 2 inches of oil to 370 degrees on a deep fat thermometer. Drop batter carefully by spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until light brown.

Step 3Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
