- 3 cups half and half, divided
- 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix (3.9 oz)
- 1 box instant chocolate fudge pudding mix (3.9 oz)
- 1 package chocolate cookie pie crust
- 1 package extra creamy Cool Whip topping (8 oz)
- 1 package sweetened coconut, toasted

Step 1In a mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of half and half. Add dry pistachio pudding mix. Mix well with a blender.

Step 2Add the pistachio pudding mixture and put it into the chocolate crust.

Step 3Mix 1 1/2 cups half and half with dry chocolate fudge pudding mix, mix with a mixer for 2 minutes.

Step 4Pour chocolate pudding over the pistachio pudding mixture; refrigerate.
