Ingredients

1/2 cup crisco shortening
1 cup sugar
2 - eggs
3 - mashed bananas
2 cups presto flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

How To Make dina's banana nut cake

Step 1

Cream shortening and sugar till creamy

Step 2

Add eggs, beat hard
Step 3

add mashed bananas
Step 4

sift together flour and baking soda and add to wet mixture
Step 5

add nuts, Pour batter into greased pan. Bake 45-55 minutes. Don't invert to cool as cake slides out of pan very easily.
