Ingredients

- (fat-free) cooking spray
1 box yellow cake mix, any type
12 ounces diet coke
1 package (1-oz.) fat-free, sugar-free, instant pudding
2 cups skim milk
8 ounces whipped topping, fat-free

How To Make diet coke trifle

Step 1

Preheat oven according to package directions for cake mix.

Step 2

Use cooking spray to grease a 9" x 13" cake pan.
Step 3

In a large bowl, combine cake mix and Diet Coke; mix until smooth.
Step 4

Pour into prepared pan and bake according to directions on box.
Step 5

When cake is cool, cut into 1-inch cubes (cake will crumble).
Step 6

Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package.
Step 7

In a large glass bowl, layer a third of the cake cubes, a third of the pudding, and then a third of the whipped topping.
Step 8

Repeat twice, using all ingredients.
Step 9

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.
