Ingredients
- 1.75 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup light brown sugar - firmly packed
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong black coffee, hot
- ICING INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk

Step 1CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Lightly oil a 12-cup bundt pan or coat it with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3Dust the pan with flour, shaking out excess.

Step 4In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Step 5Add buttermilk, brown sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.

Step 13ICING: In a small bowl, whisk together confectioner\'s sugar, vanilla and enough of the buttermilk to make a thick but pourable icing.
