I just made these up from just things that we like in other recipes. Everyone that I have given these to really like them. Hope other people will try them and enjoy them just as much.

Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 - egg
- This is the base.
- This is the Filling
1 can ready to spread vanilla frosting
8oz. - softened cream cheese
2 - eggs

How To Make dessert bar delights

Step 1

Grease a 13x9 pan. In a large bowl combine base mixture with hands until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups of base mixture. Press remaining mixture into bottom of pan.

Step 2

In another large bowl combine filling ingredients and beat at high speed until creamy. pour over pressed base mixture and sprinkle 2 cups reserved base mixture over filling. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
