I just made these up from just things that we like in other recipes. Everyone that I have given these to really like them. Hope other people will try them and enjoy them just as much.

Ingredients

yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c
quick cooking oats
1 c
chopped walnuts
1/2 c
butter, softened
1
egg
This is the base.
This is the Filling
1 can(s)
ready to spread vanilla frosting
8oz.
softened cream cheese
2
eggs

How to Make Dessert Bar Delights

Step-by-Step

  • 1Grease a 13x9 pan. In a large bowl combine base mixture with hands until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups of base mixture. Press remaining mixture into bottom of pan.
  • 2In another large bowl combine filling ingredients and beat at high speed until creamy. pour over pressed base mixture and sprinkle 2 cups reserved base mixture over filling. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
