Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups peaches, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make delicious peach cake

Step 1Sift dry ingredients together; set aside.

Step 2In mixer, beat together sugar and butter until creamy. Blend in buttermilk, egg and vanilla.

Step 3Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Step 4Gently stir in peaches.

Step 5Pour batter into a greased and floured 13X9 inch pan .

Step 6In small bowl, combine nut topping ingredients and sprinkle over cake.

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for 11X7 inch pan or 30-35 minutes for 13 X9 inch pan. Cool.
