I got this recipe from a jewish woman I used to clean for. She gave me some to take home one day and I fell in love w/ this easy, yummy, dense cake.

Ingredients
- 4 - squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa powder
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make delicious flourless chocolate cake

Step 1Heat oven to 300. Spray a 9" round or square baking pan w/ cooking spray. Dust pan w/ a little cocoa powder. In microwaveable bowl, melt chocolate and butter in 30 second intervals, stirring often, until melted.

Step 2Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, eggs and vanilla. Pour into pan. Bake about 30 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 3Cool. Invert pan onto plate. Cool. Slice and serve w/ a dollop of whipped cream.
