1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9 X 13 pan.
In a large bowl, mix the canola oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla with an electric mixer, until smooth.
2Add the remaining ingredients BY HAND, mixing well.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes. Then increase the oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 35-40 minutes. Cake will be done when a toothpick comes out clean.
No icing required. This cake is moist and delicious. Enjoy!
