1Grease and flour 2 9" in round cake pans. Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. In large bowl with mixer at low speed blend all ingredients (except choc chips) 30 seconds; Beat 2 min. on medium speed or 300 strokes by hand.
2Stir in choc chips and pour into prepared pans. Rap the pans on the counter once to remove any air bubbles.
Bake for 30 to 35 min or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
3Cool in pans 10 min. Remove, cool on wire racks. Fill and frost as u like.
