Ingredients
- 2 - large ripe bananas, pureed (about 1 cup)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding (3 oz.)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
How To Make delicious banana coffee cake

Step 1Combine pureed bananas, cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Mix well, beat on medium speed 4 minutes, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.

Step 2Mix nuts, chocolate chips, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. Pour one- half cake batter into pan. Sprinkle with sugar mixture, cover with remaining batter.

Step 3Stick a knife in the batter, swirl in figure 8 patterns through the layers.

Step 4Bake at 325 degrees in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan for 60-65 minutes.

Step 5Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes, then invert onto rack to cool completely.
