deep fried cheese cake squares
Got this years ago when me and my Husband ran a restaurant,and was trying to come up with same thing new and they were a hit,they are soooooo good!!!

Ingredients
- - spring rolls wrap or egg roll wraps
- 1 small cheese cake
- 1 bottle furit topping sauce (blueberry,rasberry or what you like
- - vegetable oil or what ever you like
- - egg whites
- - milk
How To Make deep fried cheese cake squares

Step 1Cut cheese cake into little squares about 2 inches or a good size to fit in the spring roll,wrap qand cut the spring in half,put the cheese cake in side the spring roll, then wrap,on each end use egg white mixture then wrap with plastic wrap up cheese cake so its inside the spring roll, wrap it good.frozen them overnight.I don't use egg and milk!!!!

Step 2Then with deep fryer or a pot of oil,get oil hot,drop one of the wraps in oil,cook til golden brown,put on paper towel or brown bag . then put on plate and pour your flavored sauce on top,I have used Blueberry and raspberry sauce.

Step 4I made these this week and I used flavor cheesecake chocolate chip,red velvet, and it was great ,the kids loved them !!! they were eating them with no sauce 5/2/2013
