peanut butter sheet cake
This cake should take care of any cravings any die hard peanut butter fan would have. The delicious peanut butter frosting is so smooth and creamy. It would also be great on peanut butter cookies. The cake is great alone, or as I did, add some peanuts and chocolate chips. Can't go wrong with PB and Chocolate. My photos

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 - 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch - salt
- FROSTING
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- - nuts and chocolate for garnishing ( optional )
How To Make peanut butter sheet cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.

Step 2In a large pan over medium heat combine butter, water and peanut butter. Stir until combined well. Remove from heat.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine thoroughly. Batter will be thick.

Step 4Spread into sheet pan evenly. Bake approx. 20 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool cake and make the frosting.

Step 5Mix frosting: In a medium bowl, mix all frosting ingredients, till smooth and creamy. ( I used my hand mixer ).

Step 6Spread evenly over cooled cake.

Step 7Spread nuts and chocolate evenly ( nuts and chocolate are optional ).
