FOR THE CRUST

2 1/4 cground graham crackers (about 1 1/2 sleeve)

1 stickbutter, melted

FOR THE FILLING
-
3 boxcream cheese
-
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
-
1 Tbsppure vanilla extract
-
1 Tbspall-purpose flour
-
3/4 csugar
-
FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE
-
1 jar(s)caramel sauce (the really good kind)

1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
-
3 Tbspheavy cream, cold
How to Make Decadent Caramel Cheesecake
- FOR THE CRUST:
Blend crushed crackers and melted butter together and press into a springform pan. - FOR THE FILLING:
Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth.
Pour filling over crust and bake in a 300 degree oven for 55 minutes
or until set. Cool on a wire rack for about 45 minutes or until cool. Refrigerate for
2 to 3 hours uncovered. Pour on caramel sauce and serve. Cover and refrigerate
uneaten protion. - FOR THE CARAMEL:
Stir until well combined and pour over cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate.
