decadent caramel cheesecake

Ingredients
- FOR THE CRUST
- 2 1/4 cups ground graham crackers (about 1 1/2 sleeve)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- FOR THE FILLING
- 3 boxes cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE
- 1 jar caramel sauce (the really good kind)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream, cold

Step 1FOR THE CRUST: Blend crushed crackers and melted butter together and press into a springform pan.

Step 2FOR THE FILLING: Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth. Pour filling over crust and bake in a 300 degree oven for 55 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack for about 45 minutes or until cool. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours uncovered. Pour on caramel sauce and serve. Cover and refrigerate uneaten protion.

Step 3FOR THE CARAMEL: Stir until well combined and pour over cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate.
