A friend of the family, Debbie Simpson, made this cake and gave us the recipe. It's a chocolate lover's delight.

Ingredients

1 box deep chocolate cake mix (or something similar)
4 - eggs
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup sour cream
1 package instant chocolate pudding
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make debbie simpson's chocolate cake

Step 1

Mix eggs, oil, water and sour cream (I have used plain greek yogurt as a substitute when I didn't have sour cream) - mix well with a spoon.

Step 2

Add pudding and cake mix. Mix with electric mixer, medium speed, 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips - mix well with a spoon.
Step 3

Grease bundt pan well. Pour batter into pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cake is done when toothpick inserted comes out pretty clean. You can dust with powdered sugar for a prettier presentation if you like.
