This recipe has an ooey gooey chocolatey goodness and it is truly deadly:) Everytime I make it people can't get enough- it is a favorite! I am known for my desserts and this one is requested time and time again. I also won 1st prize at a dessert contest at work for this. It looks very impressive but is oh so easy to make! Make it...you won't regret it.

Ingredients
- 1 box 9 x 13 brownie mix (i like dark or gooey one)
- 2 packages cook & serve chocolate pudding
- 4 cups milk
- 1 pint whipping or heavy cream
- 1/2 package crushed heath bars (or toffee or other candy)
- 2 or 3 - eggs
- - vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dash - confectioners' sugar
How To Make death by chocolate

Step 1Make the brownies (using the eggs and the oil) according to the box instructions.

Step 2Make the pudding (using the milk)following the recipe on the boxes for pudding.

Step 3(I usually do both of these the day before so they have time to cool).

Step 4Whip the cream with dash of sugar and tsp. of vanilla with a mixer until the consistancy of whipped cream.

Step 5Use a trifle bowl or other glass bowl and layer 1/2 of each- brownies, pudding, whipped cream and crushed candy (in that order).

Step 6Repeat a layer of each.

Step 7Seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight (overnight is best!)

Step 8Put it out and watch it disappear!
