Threw this together in a snap for dessert last night, sure glad I did!

Ingredients

  • 1 box hines dark fudge cake mix
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • SEMI-SWEET GANACHE GLAZE
  • 10 ounces ghirardeli semisweet mini chips
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

How To Make dark fudge cake with semisweet ganache glaze

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350F. Mix box of cake mix with eggs, water, and oil and put in a 13x9 baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cake tests done. Let cake cool.
  • Step 2
    In a saucepan, warm your chocolate chips with your heavy cream on low to medium heat until a smooth glaze forms. Then pour and spread over top of cake. Let cake set for an hour or two or eat immediately. My family went crazy for this easy dessert.
