I found this cupcake and ice cream recipe in a women's magazine a few years ago. I served it in red wine glasses (the larger ones), though for my 3 little great-granddaughters I used dessert dishes. What could be easier than this!?

1When cupcakes are cool, remove liners and place each cupcake in a red wine glass (the larger ones).
