crust-less brown sugar cheese cake
Cheese Cake with a little twist; brown sugar, which gives it a hint of caramel. I came up with this recipe by chance; I was making cheese cake one day and started adding ingredients into my mixing bowl and went to add the sugar but found that I was all out. So I thought what if I use brown sugar instead. And it turned out to be delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a round cake pan with nonstick spray

Step 2Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl or in a blender till well mixed.
