crust-less brown sugar cheese cake

Cheese Cake with a little twist; brown sugar, which gives it a hint of caramel. I came up with this recipe by chance; I was making cheese cake one day and started adding ingredients into my mixing bowl and went to add the sugar but found that I was all out. So I thought what if I use brown sugar instead. And it turned out to be delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make crust-less brown sugar cheese cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a round cake pan with nonstick spray
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl or in a blender till well mixed.

    Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. (don't over bake it
