How to Make CRUSHED PINEAPPLE TORTE (Cake)
- Sift together all dry ingredients.
- Add 1 beaten egg.
- Add #2 can crushed pineapple (alternative is fruit cocktail. Include the juice of the crushed pineapple.
- Pour on 8x8 greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup brown sugar.
- Bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
- For 9x10 pan, just double the recipe and bake for 15 minutes more or until cake tester comes out clean.
