Ingredients

  • 1 box
    spice cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    butterscotch instant pudding
  • 2 c
    carrots, finely shredded
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple (i drained--recipe doesn't state)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • ·
    whipped topping

How to Make Crock Pot Carrot Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray bottom of crock pot.
  2. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, carrots, water, pineapple, sour cream and eggs; beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low 5 hours. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped topping.
