butterscotch instant pudding

carrots, finely shredded

water

crushed pineapple (i drained--recipe doesn't state)

sour cream

How to Make Crock Pot Carrot Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spray bottom of crock pot.
  • 2Combine cake mix, pudding mix, carrots, water, pineapple, sour cream and eggs; beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low 5 hours. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped topping.
