- 1 package butterscotch instant pudding
- 2 cups carrots, finely shredded
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (i drained--recipe doesn't state)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 - eggs, beaten

Step 1Spray bottom of crock pot.

Step 2Combine cake mix, pudding mix, carrots, water, pineapple, sour cream and eggs; beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low 5 hours. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped topping.
