  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 package butterscotch instant pudding
  • 2 cups carrots, finely shredded
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (i drained--recipe doesn't state)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • - whipped topping

How To Make crock pot carrot cake

  • Step 1
    Spray bottom of crock pot.
  • Step 2
    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, carrots, water, pineapple, sour cream and eggs; beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low 5 hours. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped topping.
