My family loves this. During the fall I add half a can of pumpkin to the cream cheese mixture, OMG!!! So yummy. Great to take to a work function.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    cresent rolls
  • 1
    egg separated
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 c
    sugar for topping
  • ·
    cinnamon to taste

How to Make Cresent Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix cream cheese, Egg Yolk, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Spread the 1st package of crescent rolls on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom layer of crescents.
  4. Cover the mixture with the 2nd package of crescents.
  5. Beat egg white until foamy, spread on top of dish.
  6. Sprinkle with the 1/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon. Add Chopped nuts is desired
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
  8. Let set till cool. Cut and serve, store in frig
