My family loves this. During the fall I add half a can of pumpkin to the cream cheese mixture, OMG!!! So yummy. Great to take to a work function.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cresent rolls
  • 1 - egg separated
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar for topping
  • - cinnamon to taste

How To Make cresent cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Mix cream cheese, Egg Yolk, sugar and vanilla.
  • Step 2
    Spread the 1st package of crescent rolls on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Step 3
    Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom layer of crescents.
  • Step 4
    Cover the mixture with the 2nd package of crescents.
  • Step 5
    Beat egg white until foamy, spread on top of dish.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with the 1/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon. Add Chopped nuts is desired
  • Step 7
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
  • Step 8
    Let set till cool. Cut and serve, store in frig
