My family loves this. During the fall I add half a can of pumpkin to the cream cheese mixture, OMG!!! So yummy. Great to take to a work function.

Ingredients
- 2 packages cresent rolls
- 1 - egg separated
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup sugar for topping
- - cinnamon to taste
How To Make cresent cheesecake

Step 1Mix cream cheese, Egg Yolk, sugar and vanilla.

Step 2Spread the 1st package of crescent rolls on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.

Step 3Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom layer of crescents.

Step 4Cover the mixture with the 2nd package of crescents.

Step 5Beat egg white until foamy, spread on top of dish.

Step 6Sprinkle with the 1/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon. Add Chopped nuts is desired

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes

Step 8Let set till cool. Cut and serve, store in frig
