Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 ounces melted chocolate
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- FROSTING:
- 2 tablespoons strong black coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
How To Make creole cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Gradually beat the sugar into eggs, add melted butter and chocolate.

Step 3Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon twice.

Step 4Add alternately with milk.

Step 5Pour into 7 x 11 inch pan.

Step 6Bake about 25 minutes. Cool and cover with Creole Frosting.

Step 7FROSTING: Stir ingredients together. Pour over cooled caked.
